Cut the meat into medium big pieces. Stir fry a little in a stew pan the thin scliced onions and garlic. Add a tea spoon of sugar, an idea of salt and 1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon. When the onions are half-fried add two glasses of hot water. Let it boil for 10 minutes, add the meat and leave it with the stove set to medium to simmer for 1 an a half- 2 hours. Don't cover the pan completely.
Meanwhile you can prepare a celery, garlic and roasted peppers salad, take a beer out of the frig and enjoy "their company".
If the meats shows over the water in the pan add some more hot water but only enough to cover the beef. When the meat is cooked (tender) pour in the pan the torn to little pieces cauliflower (tear it with your hads don't cut it by knife). It should be cooked in a few minutes. Then add the honey, stir and voilà...
