Scottish eggs

  • 9 eggs
  • 1 kg. minced meat
  • ground pepper
  • salt
  • aniseed
  • 1 big slice of bread
  • 100 ml. milk
  • corn flour

There isn't an esier recipe. Hard boil 8 eggs. Peel them. Soak the slice of bread in the milk. After a while drain it from the milk, tear into small pieces and blend it in a big bowl with the remaining (raw) egg, the minced meat and the rest of the ingredients, without the corn flour. Put it in the frig for 15 min.

Wrap well the eggs one by one with the mixture. Don't make the wrapping too thick or else it won't cook well. Roll the wrapped eggs in the corn flour and fry them in the friteuse or in a large pan with half an inch of oil. Make sure they fry well from all sides and... (WITH BEER!!!)
