British Businessman Buys out Mineral Baths

British investors buy real estates in the region of Stara Zagora mineral water springs and baths (southeastern Bulgaria). "We have bought two buildings in the resort and by the end of next year we will most probably have constructed a modern SPA centre," said English businessmen Steven Cole at the presentation of a large-scale tourist project named "Culture and Golf in the Valley of Mineral water Springs.

Cole did not hide he was about finalizing another large property deal in the region. The plans include construction of a holiday village, golf coarse and gyms that would require total 80 ha. To Cole, the investments would amount to about 20 million levs (1euro = 1.95 levs).
