European Information Center opened in Bulgaria’s Smolyan

Mayor of the Municipality of Smolyan Dora Yankova and Ingrid Shikova, Information and Communication adviser with the Representation of the European Commission in Bulgaria opened a European Information Center in the town of Smolyan.

The center has been established by the New Horizons Association and costs EUR 23,800. It will provide a connection between the EU and its citizens at a local level. The Europe Direct network has 11 centers in Bulgaria, one of them being in the town of Smolyan.
