Europe vows to provide milk for Bulgarian pupils

Bulgarian pupils will have a daily portion of milk as of the school terms start under a new EU-funded initiative aiming to increase the dairy product intake among schoolchildren the country. The State Agriculture Fund is currently implementing the program. The European Commission (EC) provides EUR 18.15 per 100 kg of first-class milk and EUR 16.34/100 kg of second-class dairy products.
Schools are invited to apply for the program between 1st and 15th September.
