WHO Experts to Visit Bulgaria

Experts from the World Health Organization (WHO) will visit Bulgaria due to measles outbreak. For the last two months, measles has caused the death of 10 kids in the region of the town of Sliven. On Wednesday, doctors from the WHO will inspect the vaccination of Roma population in the region.

"I was informed that WHO medics will come to Sliven and I am planning to take them to the poorest regions and we shall rely on their help," stated Dr. Stefan Panayotov who was the first to start the vaccinations against measles in a local Protestant church.
