According to the national statistical institute, the business climate in Bulgaria gas improved a little in April, owing to the increasing optimism of managers from all sectors of the economy.

The latest data of the statistics institute means that the Bulgaria’s economy has already departed from the bottom and is very likely to start recovering, Finance Minister Simeon Djankov said.

These positive developments are the result of our efforts to pay off the state’s debt to the business and keep taxes low, he added.

Bulgaria will have a balanced budget for April, while of the first time in history the outlooks on Bulgaria of the leading crediting agencies – Standard&Poor’s and Moody’s – are higher than that on Greece and Portugal.
