Bulgarians Face Fresh Hike in Food Prices

Prices of foods in Bulgaria has been up with an impressive 2 % over the passing week, according to the governmental agency overseeing food prices.

The State Commission on Goods Exchanges has registered a 2 % hike in the price of flour, as well as a 0.7 % raise in the price of vegetable oil.

Some types of meat have also been up by about 0.5 %, while fruits and vegetables have marked a considerable raise, with tomatoes and cucumbers up 5-7 %, and apples up by 2 %.
