Date: 17.08.2011

By 2012 primary and secondary schooling in Bulgaria will have to transform and provide skills and knowledge similar to those in the rest of the EU, reported yesterday Marussia Lyubcheva, former MEP. After 2012 the common European Qualifications Framework will come into force. The framework comprises of eight levels, the first five of them deal with the secondary education and the rest - with the higher education and doctoral defence.
