Blue cheese ice cream seduces Varna fair visitors

A demonstration of unique cuisine with different variations of ice cream was presented at the Varna " Tourism and Leisure Fair."

Bulgaria's most prominent chef Emil Manev revealed the secrets of the cuisine art. He presented that the ice cream delight can be made not only from the traditional products, but also from beetroot, blue cheese and even from the traditional Bulgarian drink boza.

The unique presentation was attended by many specialists in the cuisine art.

Emil Manev revealed one of his "secrets", he is assisted in his work by the unique for Bulgaria robot "PacoJet." Chefs from London, Paris and Barcelona also use the help of the mechanized assistant.
