Swedish count to build villas in Kamen Briag

Swedish count Karl Mike de Justine is going to build a villa complex in the village of Kamen briag on the Bulgarian Black sea coast. Count De Justine has already bought some 5 ha of fields from private owners as he intends to build up 2-storey houses with a total built-up area of 5,000 square meters. The investment on the project will amount to 2 million euros.

Count Justine has also bought 5 ha of land in the buffer zone of the Historical and Natural Reserve Yailata. Karl de Justine expects to be issued a permit by the Ministry of Culture to construct movable locals, sports grounds and a swimming-pool on the site of Yailata.

Thousands of tourists visit Kamen Briag and Yailata every year.

Every year, on July, 1, a lot of people from around Bulgaria and abroad come to Kamen Briag to meet and celebrate the July morning.
