Irishman restores a century-old house

Date: 10.02.2006

An Irish businessman has renovated a centenarian house situated in the center of Varna (Northern Black Sea coast). James Parsons, who has been living in London for 30 years, has invested 600,000 euro in the restoration.

During his first visit to Bulgaria in 2004 he fell in love with this Bulgarian seaside city. Several months later he bought a century-old building. Not long ago he purchased another monument of architecture in the city. His intention is to continue to invest in the renovation of old Varna houses.
