Bulgaria National Youth Mathematics Team Tested for Swine Flu

A 15-year-old boy, member of Bulgaria's National Youth Mathematics Team, has contacted swine flu during an international competition.

The boy is from the city of Razgrad and attended last week the competition held in Johannesburg, South Africa. Two days after returning to Bulgaria, he felt sick with complaints of high fever, dizziness and temple pains.

The tests confirmed the young man has been infected the A(H1N1) virus. He is being treated at the Razgrad hospital.

His parents and younger brother are being tested an monitored, along with the other seven members of the National Mathematics Team, who traveled to South Africa, the two coaches and their families.
